Creamy Onion and Garlic Pasta

Ingredients
- 300g/10oz penne pasta
- 30ml/2 tbsp olive oil
- 100g/4oz chestnut mushrooms, halved
- 100g/4oz large flat mushrooms, sliced
- 85g/3oz (1bag) watercress, roughly chopped
- 1 (200g) pot of fresh Garlic and Onion Dip
Method
- Cook the pasta in a large pan of boiling salted water for 10 mins, or until just tender.
- Whilst the pasta cooks, heat the oil in a medium frying pan, add the mushrooms and pot of dip and sauté for 4-5 mins or until the mushrooms are browned and soft. Remove from the heat and stir in the watercress.
- When the pasta is tender, drain in a colander then return to the pan, add the mushrooms mixture and pot of dip. Mix well.
- Divide the mixture between four bowls and serve straight away with ground black pepper.
