Creamy mushrooms on toast makes an irresistible supper or lunch.
Ingredients
- Chestnut Mushrooms
- Olive Oil
- Wholegrain bread
- 1 (200g) pot of fresh sour cream and chive dip
Method
- Sauté chestnut mushrooms in a little olive oil until they are juicy and tender - about 5 mins and season.
- Toast some wholegrain bread and dab over plenty of sour cream and chive dip. Top with the warm mushrooms and serve straight away.
