Tex Mex Nachos

Ingredients
- 200g/7oz lightly salted tortilla chips
- 1 (400g) multi pack Tex Mex dips
- 50g cheddar cheese, grated
Method
- Preheat the grill to high. Empty the chips out onto a heatproof plate. Use a teaspoon to spoon the salsa sauce all over the chips in little dollops, repeat with the guacamole, then the sour cream and chives.
- Scatter the cheese over the top of the chips and dips, then pop under the hot grill. Cook for 2 mins until the cheese has melted and the chips tinged golden. Serve straight away.
